It's easy to become stressed and feel inadequate when you are not having much success at getting your baby to sleep or be settled. But there is a light at the end of the tunnel, and the solution can be as simple as learning to understand the way your baby communicates.
Babies communicate in many different ways to tell us when they are hungry, when they are tired, or needing comfort, when they have wind or just crying for no known reason which can be normal. It is so important to learn how to attach to your baby so that you can respond to them in a calm and confident way. This provides them with security and comfort and and allows you to feel a wonderful connection with them.
The first three months of your baby's life can be particularly challenging. Especially with periods of unsettledness that we often see starting at 2-3 weeks. If you are experiencing concerns with your baby's sleeping and settling and would like some support please let me know.
